Did you know Jesus’ goal for you is to be completely transformed from the inside out?
The goal of discipleship is to build a close relationship with Jesus and become more like Him. It’s not about perfection but more about being with Him. We grow by being with Jesus, learning from Him, and following His example. Jesus showed His disciples that through basic spiritual practices, they too would be transformed. By practising these, joining a local church community, and connecting with the Holy Spirit, we can experience the abundant life Jesus offers.

Repentance
Repentance is the gateway to your relationship with God and turning back to face Him.
Forgiveness
Jesus is the only means of forgiveness for our sins & our entrance back into God's family.
Free Gift
Salvation can't be lost by your mistakes or behaviour. Trusting in what Jesus did for you is enough in God's eyes.
Reconciliation
We now have permanent access to God's family as His children. We rely on God's definition of who we are.
Responsibilities
This starts by being with Jesus so you become like Him and then you can do what He is doing.
Confession
No one is sinless like Jesus. We confess we can't save ourselves and can only rely on what Jesus did for us.
Discipleship at a glance
As we have been teaching, you belong to God’s family and as with any adopted child, you will slowly become like Him. God has put some steps in place to help you grow and to empower you to be everything that he has called you to be. Some behaviours from your old life may need to go and there are some things you may need to add. Here are some basic things to add that will help you in your discipleship journey.
Worship
Worship is about your heart and grasping how awesome God is. Worship is placing God at the centre of your heart and everyday living.
Water Baptism
Water Baptism is a powerful moment for new followers of Jesus as this is your first public act in obedience to Jesus.
Holy Spirit
Holy Spirit is your power charger, learn to cultivate a friendship with Him. He will empower you to do all that God has called you to do.
Generosity
God gave His only son so that we can have life. We give because He gave us so much. Imitating the generosity of God spreads the gospel in a tangible way
Community
God designed your need to belong to be met in community. You are not meant to follow Jesus alone, joining a Church & being in a Life Group will help you grow along the way.
